Evaluation

Following the creation of the Social Media and Branding Course, I performed an evaluation aligned with Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation. This evaluation provides an overview of the design and pedagogical decisions made throughout the course. The evaluation also makes recommendations on how supervisors should track learner behavior to monitor the completion of the overall, business goal.
