Brief: To better serve the Louisville community, JCCO sought to expand their social media reach and requested training related to best practices for posting and responses.
Learning Solution: Self-paced course hosted through an LMS with relevant design opportunities, and scenario-based activities like the one displayed here.

The Process
Action Map
After speaking with a supervisor about the company goals and getting to know the learners taking the course, I was able to compile the corresponding Action Map. Following the framework of Cathy Moore, I began with the business goal in the center, surrounded by the actions needed to complete this goal (purple triangles.) The map then broke down into the activities created to target the actions and obstacles to consider along the way.
